When engaging the services of Rob Redenbach or Redenbach Training, there are some standard terms and conditions that will be useful to bear in mind.
Bookings
a) To confirm Rob Redenbach for an engagement on a specific date, his full fee is required at the time of booking.
b) Verbal or written requests for a specific date shall be considered but are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
Cancellations
a) In the event of cancellation by The Client more than 30 days before the engagement date, 50% shall be refunded to the client.
b) In the event of cancellation by The Client less than 30 days before the engagement date, the full fee is payable.
c) Should Redenbach Training cancel a booking, all monies paid will be refunded to The Client. An alternative speaker may be provided at the request of The Client as an alternative to a refund.
Payment Methods
a) Cheque - made payable to Redenbach Training Pty Ltd.
b) Credit Card - we accept Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard.
c) EFT – you can make a direct deposit to our account by arrangement: contact us for details.
Travel
a) When necessary, the Client will meet the cost of one return air ticket and will co-ordinate travel to and from the airport at The Client’s expense.
b) In some cases, depending on dates and availability, it may be possible to coordinate a presentation during another interstate/international trip. If this is the case, the Client will not need to pay for Rob's air transport.
Accommodation
a) Accommodation charges: All accommodation and food charges are to be met by The Client, with the exception of sundries.
b) Checkout arrangements: The Client may be required to pay an extra night's accommodation if check-out arrangements are not supportive of Rob Redenbach’s travel arrangements.
Guests
Redenbach Training Pty Ltd may invite up to three guests from non-competitive businesses or industries to watch Rob’s sessions only, with prior approval from The Client.
Products
Products may be made available for sale during the course of the event only with the prior approval of The Client. Collection of monies and fulfilment of product orders is the sole responsibility of Redenbach Training.
Copyright
Recording of Rob Redenbach's session of a presentation or event in part or in full by any means, including digital, audio and video, without prior written consent from Redenbach Training, is expressly forbidden under Australian Copyright Law.
